( I )   CIPC

Registration, amendment and annual return submissions at CIPC for:

• Non-profit organisations

Conversion of:

• CC to PTY

De-register or re-instate a PTY or CC

The requirements to be met to qualify for the services above:

• You must be 18 years or older
• A certified Copy of the applicant’s Identity document (ID) or Passport
• Physical address of the proposed company/entity
• Cell number of the Applicant
• E-mail address (optional)

( II )  LIQUOR LICENSES

Application for:

• Distribution and Manufacturing License
• Retail License

The requirements to be met to qualify for a license of both a Manufacturer and Distributor:

• The Applicant must be 18 years or older
• The applicant is not insolvent;
• The applicant at the time of application is not committed in terms of the mental health Act, 1973 (Act No. 18 of 1973);
• The Applicant has not been convicted of a contravention of this Act within three years preceding the date of application
